The resolution of the signs is 6mm, which is a very high resolution for outdoors. Our 6mm signs are 3x higher resolution than an 10mm and 5x higher than a 16mm.
If you are 10 feet away or farther from the sign, any picture, videos or words will look very high resolution.

- Is 220 power required for this unit? A 20A circuit at 110V power will do up to 18 modules. A 40A circuit at 220V power will do up to 36 modules.
- Is surface mount hardware included? The sign is in its own frame, you will just need some aluminum angle iron from your local hardware store for mounting it.
- Do you supply the surge protector? No, but there are many options on Amazon.
- Is it shipped assembled or do we put it together on site? It goes together very easily on site. It will ship with 4 panels to a master carton to ensure it arrives damage free. We also insure them with Fedex for the whole shipment.
- What expertise does it require? The signs are very user friendly.
- Do you ship quickly? We have them in stock, they ship in 1-2 days after you place your order.
- Is the software compatible with a Mac? For the initial setup, a PC is needed, but afterwards you can use a Mac.
